These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (wozcode.com), software, tools, and services, including the WozCode AI coding agent and related files and integrations (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
WozCode is an AI-powered coding agent that integrates with developer tools (including but not limited to Claude Code) to assist with writing, editing, and executing code.
Users access WozCode by:

By purchasing a paid Service, starting a subscription, or providing a payment method, you authorize With Woz, Inc. and its third-party payment processor(s) to charge your payment method for fees associated with your account.
Charges may be one-time or recurring, depending on the Service you select. The amount charged will be determined based on your selected subscription plan, billing interval, any applicable usage-based or add-on fees, and applicable taxes.
By completing checkout or otherwise enrolling in a paid Service, you consent to these payment terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for unpaid balances or failed payments.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WozCode for your internal or commercial development purposes, subject to these Terms.

We retain all rights to the Service, including all intellectual property.
You retain ownership of your Inputs.
To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you any rights we may have in Outputs generated for you.
If you provide feedback, we may use it freely without compensation.
We may collect usage data (e.g., logs, performance metrics) to:
